No computer time today. Spent the day renting skis, buying lift tickets, stocking up on groceries, and getting everything sorted for spring break. Zero tasks, zero tokens, zero leverage.

The work split across three threads: product requirements and technical design documentation for a new application, internationalization across three platforms (web, desktop, iOS), and infrastructure hardening including VPC redesign and distributed tracing instrumentation.

This day more than doubled both: 1,409 hours of human-equivalent output across full-stack application scaffolding, patent portfolio diagram auditing, comprehensive test suite generation, framework migrations, and infrastructure reorganization.
