Chipotle Burrito Bol Nutrition - Zone Diet Analysis
I have discovered something truly remarkable. As anyone who knows me knows, I am a big Chipotle fan. My Chipotle of choice is a Chicken Fajita Burrito. Of course, this type of fare is not what one would usually consider “diet food”. I think a Fajita Burrito weighs in around 2 lbs. At least it feels like 2 lbs. in your stomach once you’ve eaten the Fajita Burrito.
Last summer I emailed customer service at Chipotle via a questions form on the Chipotle website.

A Brief Pitch for Culver's
I am an ice cream junkie. I admit it. I am guilty. I love ice cream. But I have found that I love frozen custard even more.
For those of you not familiar with the Illinois and Wisconsin areas, there is a restaurant called Culver’s, found more and more frequently here, that serves fantastic frozen custard. Frozen custard is a premium ice cream made with a little extra egg yolk to create a more velvety smooth texture.

Back from Bruce Almighty
Just got back from seeing the Jim Carrey’s new movie, Bruce Almighty. With Jim Carrey in the lead role, they should have called it Bruce Alrighty Then. Not a bad movie and there were several very funny scenes, although the funniest was not even Carrey’s. It’s good to see Jim Carrey get back into comedies after attempting the whole drama thing with The Majestic and The Truman Show. The Truman Show was an excellent movie and Carrey’s acting talent showed through but Carrey’s true gift is his plastic face and quick wit.

An Ode to Lynchburg Lemonade
Wow, I’m on a writing binge, here… While sitting back and working on allowing users to leave comments about postings on this site, I was struck with inspiration regarding my current beverage…Lynchburg Lemonade…
A curious blend of lemon and Jack
Bottled in yellow and ubiquitous black
A tasty drink bottled in packs of four
Gone from my glass as soon as its poured
Sweet and tangy to buzz just a while

Weather in Chicago
The weather in Chicago has been great lately. We have had three perfect days in a row. Memorial Day weekend has probably never had better weather. However, weather in Chicago leaves much, much!, to be desired. Without stating the obvious, the wind is relentless. It is always windy. ALWAYS!!! Especially downtown. Downtown is the worst because it is dusty. There is all this loose junk on the sidewalks and roads and it blows around in the wind and gets in your eyes and hair.

Improving the site
Have been thinking a lot about how to improve this site. I want this site to be, essentially, a brain depository. I will remove things from my brain and deposit them here to be preserved for eternity…or until my server crashes, catches on fire, and is lost forever. Oh, wait, that is what backups are for…doh!
I ordered and have now received Managing Enterprise Content: A Unified Content Strategy from Amazon.

I just had to write that I have broken the record for Ms. Pac Man at Nickel City in Northbrook, Illinois! It was around 98,000 points and is now approximately 110,000 points.
You may now continue with your normally scheduled programming.

Camera Talk Am a pretty happy Canon Rebel owner but loved this article about the camera wars between Canon and Nikon over the years. After reading the article, scrappy Canon reminds me a bit of Samsung in copying a great product and then innovating quickly to become a strong competitor. One eye-opening factoid: Nikon made the optics / bomb sights in the Japanese planes that bombed Pearl Harbor.
Antibiotics So, climate change is a bit disturbing but not nearly disturbing as the possibility of having no effective antibiotics.
