OK I have to share this Amazon.com story.
Preordered the latest Harry Potter book a few months back. Problem: when I ordered, I was still living in the Loop. Moved since then. Totally forgot to change my shipping address. Didn't realize until like three days before release. Went online, fixed it, figured I'd get it whenever.
I'd picked the cheapest shipping option to save a few bucks. Saturday morning? Book's at my door. Amazon had bumped me up to FedEx Overnight Saturday delivery. For free. FREE!!!
No lines. No hunting around bookstores at midnight. Just there, on my doorstep, release day, in time for the pool. This is why I keep going back to them.
